What a good record looks like

• Status Active and household goods listed under "Authorized for".
• Common or contract authority Active. "None" or "Inactive" means they can't legally move you across state lines for pay.
• Liability and cargo insurance on file.
• The company name and phone on the record match the quote.
• A safety rating of Satisfactory, or none at all. Conditional or Unsatisfactory is a reason to ask questions.
